- WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Unlike almost everything in our industry…ALL of our products are manufactured in our own factory in Toronto, Canada. We have been here for over 75 years, and are able to offer the kind of service that is unmatched in the bridal industry.
- WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING ON SPECIAL ORDERS?

Regular Delivery is 16 weeks. We can make any style in any color and any size (with customizations) in 11 weeks with no rush fee.10 weeks (or less) carries a $150 Rush Fee.6 weeks (or less) carries a $250 Super Rush Fee.
- DO YOU ALLOW YOUR DRESSES TO BE SOLD ON-LINE?

No! These dresses will only be available from Authorized Brick and Mortar Retailers.
- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PRICING STANDARD?

2.2 is the minimum allowed markup. Most stores feel they can get more than 2.2 when compared to other collections with this look…but none of our products can be sold for less than 2.2 times the wholesale cost.
- DOES A PALOMA BLANCA ACCOUNT HAVE ACCESS TO MIKAELLA PRODUCTS?

No, they are separate divisions, and only active Mikaella accounts can purchase Mikaella products.
- CAN A STORE CARRY BOTH PALOMA BLANCA AND MIKAELLA?

Yes, as long as they meet each division's Minimum Requirements. In fact, most of our top accounts carry both Paloma Blanca and Mikaela Bridal.
- DO YOU OFFER ANY CUSTOM CHANGES?

We do a myriad of custom changes - both from a "design standpoint" as well as a "fit standpoint." There is an available price sheet that lists SOME of the changes we offer…but there are too many to list here. Feel free to check with myself or customer service with any inquiries.
- IS THERE A CHARGE FOR MARKETING?

No, all Authorized Dealers participate FREE of Charge. This would include Website Listing and images for your website and social media.
In addition to the FREE Listing on our Authorized Retailer Page, we have a Loaner Program for all active accounts.
